Only the people who have fooled them and have drawn money from them might have any pros for them as being gullible and careless.
Cons
There are only cons. They were a bunch of co-founders 6 of them. They had no background and all they could boast about was their oxford and B-school pedigree which is great to talk but there was no substance. They initially had a an investor - who ran circles with them and eventually backed out. Some of us early employees were working without salary for a few months and promised ESOP's. After finally raising money from investors is when their whole show of Incompetency stated. They couldn't oversee 1 products development and had multiple tech teams, scrum teams come in, make money and the 6 cofounders of oxford pedigree were dumbfounded. These tech team ran circles around the giving them deadlines never to be followed and they just burnt investor money, went for events, bought Macbooks for themselves. They hired everyone and anyone at this point with no direction, no vision. NOW, COVID hits and they still don't have a GTM product, the entire non tech team is just tasked to 'bring and mark players' on Excel sheets and play 3-4 hours of hands on their crappy platform in the name of testing. Here comes the first show of oxford pedigree founders, the CFO, after the bank had emptied comes and informs everyone in the founder team that they have run out of money. Talk about competency. From here in starts their shit-show of false promising their employees about delayed salaries and over 10 employees were defrauded of their careers, aspirations, career growth, appraisals and now even their meagre salaries. This ordeal runs for 8-12 month where they had defaulted salaries while running garbage promotions with no thought process, and a half baked platform. Some of the smarter folks leave in 1-2 months fight for their salaries and are smart by demanding their payment and getting it while some of the 'loyal employees' with fake promises were continuously until they ran out of their moneys. After a lot of this, the employees out of goodwill still support them while they run circles around investors, employees and vendors. They eventually make another false promise to ex employees about paying them their dues, which as you would have guessed by now was another farce and fake expectation. This is a sinking ship and I feel bad for all employees, investors, vendors who ruined their lives with them.
