A traditional company having global footprint that once cared a lot about its employees. Having many loyal people over the 100+ years in business.
Cons
base salary is not so competitive compared to some large firms. In recent years the company was once hit by cash crisis (partly owing to over-investment), and might be difficult to return to the prime time.
