Pros
Very nice, funny and professional people. Very caring about development and growth. Everyone is very helpful and tries to do their best to make our job easier. Everyone gets their office which is pretty cool. Great benefits and great pay.
Cons
Communication needs to be better. Communication between upper management and lower management is very unclear at times. Environment is not as laid back as most Oil & Gas companies.
