      Was good the first 10 years. Good pay, good bosses, good steady work, safe work environment.

      Cons

      Hired a new CEO. Last 5 years took pay cuts every year. Got rid of bonuses. Accidents offshore. No leadership. Company cuts. Company layoffs.

      Benefits- decent health insurance and dental

      Cons

      Micromanagement department that will burn you out. Too much politics and no bonus for hourly employees or raises. On-site 5 days a week and no work from home policy.
