Pros
The rest of the sales team make the job worthwhile, I have only survived the past 2 years because of the team. Good employee benefits, 50% discount and uniform allowance. The uniform policy is relaxed.
Cons
Favourtism from management, long shifts and hard work that gets no praise. Often don't listen to your availability so put you on the rota when you have other commiments, such as Uni. No opportunity for progression what so ever, especially for part time staff. Part time staff do all the work and management get the praise.
