Pros
The jobs and responsibilities were solid, even fun at times, and easy to understand. The discount was worth it, it was my first job in retail and I learned a lot going forward.
Cons
As it was my first job, there was a lot I didn't know, and I failed to have a lot of it explained to me (or didn't feel comfortable enough asking). There was also a weird sense of not fitting in with my co-workers, which there was just no support or remedy for, even when I tried to connect.
