Employees are the ones who suffer from it in all aspects. Tons of micro-management. Constantly lying to employees about various requests, just feels like you are trying to survive there. * Terrible office: SuperSmall open-space office with crammed tables, small kitchen with tiny table to eat on. 2 Toilets for 40 men. * Inadequete equipment: Your requests for equipment is usually denied unless you are very valuable to the company or from management. Whether that's a computer you need, specific keyboard, mouse or a testing device. * Uncomfortable location, far from the train. If you don't live in Ashdod it's a nightmare to get there.
