Pros
I had a great experience working at SuperOps. What truly sets the company apart is the CEO’s grounded and down-to-earth leadership. During the COVID period, when many startups were shutting down for various reasons, he stayed positive, resilient, and focused on navigating the company through extremely tough times. Despite the challenges, he never gave up on employees in any situation. Instead, he continuously pushed the team forward, encouraging growth, learning, and long-term vision. That kind of leadership builds trust and confidence, especially during uncertain times. The SuperOps leadership team deserves special kudos for creating a supportive employee environment while simultaneously building a world-class product. The culture promotes ownership, collaboration, and growth, making it a great place to learn and contribute. I’m truly proud to have been part of the SuperOps journey and grateful for the opportunity to work with such inspiring leaders.
Cons
One area where SuperOps could improve is offering more flexibility in work locations. Having offices in cities like Bangalore or Hyderabad, or providing work-from-home options, would help attract and retain talented people who genuinely love SuperOps but may have location constraints. With such a strong culture and leadership, adding location flexibility could take the company to the next level and make it even more employee-friendly.
