You can easily reach anyone you need to solve issues or answer questions. *They're transparent about timelines and upcoming work, so you can plan your freelancing schedule well. *They treat us, contractors, fairly. *They don't compromise quality. *The pay is good, even for overseas contractors.
Cons
*There are weeks or months when you don't get enough work because they don't have projects that would need your services. But they're transparent about it. Once a project launches, though, you can treat this as your full-time job.
