If you want to become a master in the latest and stable technology then it is the right place. Actually it is more like an institution then a company. Only knowledge matters. If you continue more than a year, then surely your future will spoil. And if you leave before 1 year, then it is very good thing for you.
Cons
Company boss does not care about any process or formality, only matters your work and knowledge. Event it does not care about the government policies. So here what you earn, there is no record in government. Even this company had the world's worst website. -- So, if you want to learn then join but does not continue more than a year. It for your future only.
