Pros

Fun employee events. Wine trips, fun Friday afternoons, company outings. Not much else is great. Oh food pitch ins and catered lunches every now and then.

Cons

They will try to bring you in at a super low salary. Good luck ever getting more. People are not listened to unless you’re in upper management. Mid level management is very difficult to work with.
