Pros
The only real positive part of this experience was working with the children. The families and the kids themselves were wonderful, and it was genuinely rewarding to teach them how to swim.
Unfortunately, that was the only highlight.
Cons
If you're considering working with Sunsational Swim School as an instructor, I would strongly encourage you to do your research first.
Based on my experience, instructors are significantly underpaid relative to the demands of the job, and there appears to be very little support when it comes to dealing with clients. The structure seems to prioritize volume over the well-being and fair treatment of instructors.
Additionally, communication systems are poorly managed — I continued receiving repeated outreach and reminder notifications even after attempting to block and report them multiple times, which reflects a lack of respect for boundaries and basic professionalism.
Overall, this was not a positive experience, and I would not recommend this company to instructors looking for fair pay, strong support, and respectful communication.
