Pros

- Team works together like a close-knit family - A variety of challenging tasks to work on (keeps it interesting) - I have gotten a ton of great knowledge working here - Management is open to innovative suggestions from the entire team - Easy to feel comfortable within the team - Young, exciting co-workers who push you to do better each day

Cons

This is a fast-paced and innovative workspace, and if you do not enjoy working fast and creative problem solving, this is not the company that you will feel comfortable working for. We all wear many hats, we all contribute in creating the solutions to every problem and we all push each other to be better at our jobs constantly.

Pros

The VP of Sales was kind but couldn't rise above being the CEO's yes man.

Cons

Wow where would I even start....the CEO is a spoiled and lying brat. He brings in people to give assessments of how to make the company better but when they tell him he needs to make changes he fires them. Very closed minded. The sad thing is that his vision is great, the products are above average and the concept is superior, however he gets in his own way. He mistreats his employees and makes empty promises. He instructs employees to lie to customers about product and staff and then when customers complain he puts the blame on the employees. He micro-manages even with the employees who do well. He is always changing internal processes but never follows through. I could go on all day long. He is also very demeaning to females. Thinks he is above many. Needs to learn a little gratitude and humility.
