Project management is totally chaotic. Most of the time, they just launched a project but didn't even know who the client was. Project scope, requirement, specifications, something like that basic project management stuff, did not have a room in this organization. Working overtime is a norm. Abiding by the BC Employment Standards Regulation and getting yourself paid for the OT work? Don't even think about that. Again, those things do not have any space in this company. If you could adapt yourself to the Chinese toxic working environment (i.e., talk nonsense all the time but do not conduct any real work), this may be the dreamland for you. Otherwise, be cautious.
