This internship was extremely unprofessional and poorly structured from start to finish.I joined a 3-month internship program where the first month was unpaid and the following two months were supposed to be paid. After completing the entire unpaid month and delivering assigned work, I was abruptly asked to leave without any formal evaluation, documented feedback, or performance discussion. The discontinuation happening exactly before the paid period reflects very poorly on how commitments are handled.There was no structured digital marketing mentorship, no experienced professional overseeing the work, and no defined training roadmap. Expectations were unclear, processes were inconsistent, and communication lacked transparency. It did not feel like a structured learning program but rather a disorganized setup with no professional framework.its their tactic for everybody. fraud company. atleast give the clarity for their actions interns are running the whole company thats what they can afford free labouring . Internships are supposed to provide growth, guidance, and clarity. This experience lacked all three. I would strongly advise anyone considering this internship to get everything clearly documented — including evaluation criteria, continuation terms, and reporting structure — before committing.

Good Colleagues Fine for getting started as a beginner

Terrible management. They make you work like crazy in the name of flexible hours. They are ready to cut your salary of you are few minutes late but never pay your house of overtime. They pay you minimum wage and expect you to work like an expert and multiple roles.
