      Clean and safe in terms of patient care, the residents aren't neglected.

      Cons

      Terrible communication from management, toxic work environment, no consistent rules and they are enforced unequally. Terrible benefits, bare minimum.

      Residents were great to work with.

      Cons

      Management is ineffective. DHS for the community let's the aides do as they please. Aides do not respect the nurses and never get in trouble for absences.
