Amazing Culture. Very employee centric and focused on customising good experiences for the individual. Cons
The only opportunity I see that the company can make is to actually see into what the employee requires, or asks for- and assign growth opportunities within the company itself accordingly. Otherwise, it is one of the best places to work !
