      - Young Organization: High growth rate - High focus on Ethics - Focus on effective 'happiness' quotient of all the employees working so that they can be at their productive best. - A very very ambitious CEO.

      Cons

      - Not a very strong performance review system. - The employees directly under the CEO are not as ambitious as him.
