You name it- back stabbing, good ol’ boy upper management mentality runs rampant. Employees are constantly fearful for their jobs. The GM today is typically gone tomorrow. Engineers and Project Managers are often forced to toe an ethical line with customers when profits are in jeopardy. Bottom line, this company does not care how loyal you are as an employee when they are done with you, your laid off. In Five years I witnessed more layoffs at this one company than all my years in oil and gas combined. Only accept a job at Sundyne as a last resort.
