      Under young leader program they will develope you into multiple segments( from purchase, finance, quality, production etc.). Great opportunity to develop and application of innovation.

      Cons

      Work culture is not that gud, there might be work load. dress are mandatry, less holidays. And language is barrier specially for non tamils.
