The staff was very helpful and extremely welcoming. The work was fast paced and kept you motivated. The environment was warm and comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience.
The money was great during busy season. Benefits were decent and there’s a fair amount of opportunities.
Cons
Slow season was brutal, no matter how good your presentations and sales skills are. Promotions seem to come with a ton of added stress with barely any additional pay off, aside from a better title and a little extra money.
