Did not experience any pros

Terribly managed. Appraisals assigned with no discussion or information on property. Files assigned with no consideration for scheduling resulting in unmanageable ebb and flow work. Very limited appraisal resources. Antiquated systems, network, and computers. No "team" environment. Disrespectful work environment.
