      Free rental equipment when needed

      Cons

      Lowest paying rental company out there. Pleads safety just to make it you're fault when something happens. Only cares about there numbers. Does not want to give proper training

      Culture always depends on the direct leader. Most of the culture is good here.

      Pros

      HR listens to you... only to lead you into circles and yard walks with uppermanagment ( yard walks are for conversations that never happened)

      Cons

      I have had a series of managers at Sunbelt. 5 out 6 managers were backstabing low quality clump of cells.
