You are surrounded by passionate people. We all love good healthy food, wellness, and innovative technology. Nothing like working with a bunch of foodies! Sunbasket is making noise and being noticed with our unique boxes, website, app, and photography. It's really fun standing out like this in a crowded industry. Our product is amazing. When I recommend Sunbasket to friends and family, I'm genuinely excited to hear their feedback. I truly believe our meals are the best of the best. Plus, salary employees get a generous discount on weekly boxes! Yay for being able to use your product daily! The People's Team really cares about growth, recognition, and culture across the company. They do their best to make sure that our production workers, who have had to go into work during the pandemic, feel appreciated and get to have monthly culture events.
Cons
The remote work life has made it more difficult to bond with colleagues outside of your team. Although I do think we are striving to make virtual work-life more connected and less isolating I think we still have more work to do company-wide. Could use a better 401k match!
