Pros

Relaxed atmosphere No chance of getting fired since they can't keep staff

Cons

Shady Management - they know clients are suffering with horrible software and they make excuses instead of fixing the issues. Very incompetent management team all around. Always putting out fires when customers calling in who can't run their salon because of all the bugs in the software. Horrible pay The business is going down hill and so many clients are leaving since the software is so bad The head developer is clueless as to what salons need to manage their business, and you'll get yelled at a lot from clients who are rightfully frustrated.

Benefits work largely in your favor if you're single with no dependents The company provides many different positions and likes to hire within They are very flexible with time off and when life "comes up" Management was great in my opinion and they do the most they can to support you as an employee

No cons, they are very organized
