I had a great experience working at Sun Technologies — truly one of the best places for learning and professional growth. It was here that I gained real confidence by being encouraged to take initiative and share my ideas openly. My manager, Madhura, was an exceptional mentor. She never micromanaged and always gave me the space to work independently, placing full trust in my abilities. Her belief in me pushed me to deliver with greater confidence and accountability. Working with Madhura taught me a lot — from becoming more confident to owning my responsibilities fully. She led by example, always striving to improve things within the organization and embracing new challenges without hesitation. Her leadership inspired me to think proactively and contribute meaningfully. These are lessons I’ll carry with me throughout my career. The positive and growth-oriented environment at Sun Technologies helped me sharpen my skills and evolve both personally and professionally.
