SPW could have been great, but quickly went south as major policy changes took place over time. When I left, those seeking supervision or training opportunities were required to sign a very pricey contract. The leadership team seems to be very cliquey and quick to push clinicians out who disagree. Lack of transparency made it difficult to trust leadership. When I was there, the admin/intake team was internationally outsourced, which, in my view, contributed to SPW's overall poor communication and disorganization. Off-boarding at SPW was an unfortunate mess.
