Pros

- Paycheck is always on time or ahead. - Has variable pay bonus if you reach your monthy quota - Mid year bonus

Cons

- Always hiring external managers, regional head, and even trainers, hence they are CLUELESS of their downlines' issues - Allowance needs monthly liquidation, Reimbursements take a month or more before being processed - SLGFI Head Office Employees lack telephone etiquette in talking with those outside - Quota is unbelievably high, regardless of your geographical location, and number of branches monitored. Manila based-officers have the same quota with those as far as Butuan - Terminates employees who don't reach their quota 5 months succeeding. If you get a disciplinary action, you need to wait 1 calendar year before it resets. - Problematic protocols in servicing their clients, like you cannot service clients who had been clients of their resigned employees, if they came from other branches, so on. - Lack appropriate marketing. Company doesn't have caravans, tv ads, brochures full of market jargons. - Paycheck is low. They will give you the same pay regardless if you did well on your interviews and had related extensive experience, with that of a fresh graduate. - Rewards are given delayed, while performance evaluation hits always come on time.
