Amazing company, they value safety, communicate well and have set processes for bonus and raises.

Company rules don’t extend to every department.

Work car,laptop,company phone,gas card and no supervisor over your shoulder.

They need to pay a little better and offer some vacation. If you want a day off you better save up let alone take a few days off. They need to at least match there competitors ELM Locating cough cough. Also to top it off you're on call some weekends 24/7 with no incentive just regular hrly pay.
