      Good colleagues to work with. Modern fleet of coaches Company uninformed Onsite parking

      Cons

      Pay is very poor £13ph for driving a 46ft coach with 53 peoples lives in your hands. Pay needs to be looked at south coast that's why you are losing valuable drivers to other companies who pay better. Can't recruit anyone established but only trainees who can't hack the job or crash the coaches causing more expensive damage.

      Pros

      Very people-focused, nation express will take care of you so long as you yourself are competent and can get your own work accomplished. Naturally, there are restocked and team members available to assist.

      Cons

      You have to be able to be independent, if you thrive in a situation where you are always told what to do this may not be a good fit.
