      Top rate pay is higher than a lot of driving jobs but Nowhere near what it should be for the complete lack of family/social time

      Cons

      Poor Management that don't listen Very unsociable hours if you have family you wish to see forget it! The public attitude towards drivers is getting worse by year Stress is huge due to running times being so unrealistic

      Pros

      Very people-focused, nation express will take care of you so long as you yourself are competent and can get your own work accomplished. Naturally, there are restocked and team members available to assist.

      Cons

      You have to be able to be independent, if you thrive in a situation where you are always told what to do this may not be a good fit.
