Pros
Excellent people to work alongside and manage every day. The staff go above and beyond every single day This could be a fantastic company to work for
Cons
Really poor pay for the expectations. Senior management are more concerned with how things look to be right so they can win awards rather than making them right with hard work and commitment. A lot of lip service is paid to staff welfare, it no actual effort, just constant redirection to EAP. No connection from senior managers with the workforce at ground level, support is minimal.
