      Pros

      Strong management (at my location). Flexible day schedule, perfect for full time college students, single parents, retired folks, or someone with more than one job. Good pay with good hours.

      Cons

      Not excellent benefits for part timers. Not enough training on student/driver management: a lot of techniques are fear based rules to scare the kids into submission. I wish they would use and coach on positive discipline.

      Pros

      Very people-focused, nation express will take care of you so long as you yourself are competent and can get your own work accomplished. Naturally, there are restocked and team members available to assist.

      Cons

      You have to be able to be independent, if you thrive in a situation where you are always told what to do this may not be a good fit.
