Summit attributes our success in management to the quality and professionalism of our employees. 31% of our employees have been with the company for over 10 years and would not work for another management company, knowing that they are part of something bigger than other management companies. 49% of our employees have been with the company for more than 5 years and 63% for more than 3 years.
