Pros
No pros that I can think of, paid holidays for full time, benefits are extremely expensive. The regular staff is ok, everyone overworked and underpaid.
Cons
They hire you in for a position and at a fair rate (you think) and then they add on to your workload almost daily until what u are making is no longer feasible for the amount of work you're doing. When asking for a raise you are put off and told "we can discuss that in the future" but the future never comes. Owner is rude and condescending and half the time doesn't know what's going on in the office. Clinical manager is never ever available and clinical staff if left to fend for themselves most of the time. Office manager is over worked but available, gets treated like a maintenance man. There's no formal training for any position and then when I mistake is made they talk to you like you're an idiot. Terrible experience.
