There were no real cons to working with Summit. The only con I would have is sometimes the communication was not there between one dept and another but overall this is a great place to work at.

The access to the regional is a pro.

The fact that the regionals are so close to the HR and other employees within the offices, make it incredibly difficult to ever place a complaint. They are friends so it will not be taken seriously. There is a lot of cover up and shadiness going on in this company. I highly recommend to steer clear and be on guard. DOCUMENT everything!
