Pros

They do their best to make sure you understand and know exactly what is going on.

Cons

They dont give you enough resources to do the job correctly. The owner will say "Ill never have you do anything I havent done 100+ times" However this is a marketing scheme. The owner will show you with confidence he knows what he is doing, however, you will never get to see it.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time with our company. We focus on making sure that everyone in the company has an understanding of the business and if they don't then we try to make sure they have the people and the resources to better understand and get the answers that they need. This is also one of the reasons why we provide extensive training as well. We do not expect any of our employees to do a job that they cannot be successful in. We apologize that you felt as if you were being scammed. If we were scamming people in our business we would not be successful and we not be expanding into new territory. Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we greatly appreciate the feedback and wish you the best of luck finding something that better fits what you are looking for.

Pros

Generally friendly staff and coworkers

Cons

From the outside it looks like a great company. After working here for just 1 month it is the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever worked for. No training and no guidance for how things are run. Absolutely no structure. You are pretty much coming in and telling them how YOU think they should run the business. Upper management does not care, they say they do but they just want the money and that’s it. Don’t even consider it, seriously.
