Pros
There is a lot of hands on work and experience to gain form this company. If you have a college degree there is opportunity to move quickly through the ranks. If you are the kind of person that enjoys travel and does not mind being away from home for extended periods of time than this would be a decent place to work.
Cons
Extremely poor management. The lack of communication and professionalism will be the down fall of this company. You will TRAVEL all the time and usually on short to no notice. Pretty much all jobs are dangerous but this is due to the nature of the business. I seriously cant stress enough how poor the communication is in this company. Unless you are a supervisor or project manager you will not have access to the work schedule. You will rely on the supervisors to tell you where you need to be on Monday and that usually happens on Sunday. Typically the schedule isn't even ready for the supervisors until Friday. Do not expect your annual raise to be on time or that much. I mean months late with no back pay. The excuse: Well the owner is on vacation/ hunting trip for the next couple months. He has to approve all raises. When you're out in the field don't expect much help from the office.
