Direct manager is competent and team works together well

Horrible upper management. Priorities were never defined and made up as things went along. For example, Company wanted to go in the direction of using salesforce more but even with the skills in salesforce development I had was barred from working on it while they dumped all the work onto one employee. Deadlines were set without any clear requirements, work was often done then thrown away because the requirements suddenly changed. Was given no warning about being terminated and given a near perfect review prior to it happening. They also knew i had a baby on the way but still gave no time to prepare for the termination even they had it planned for at least a month.

Working with awsome employees and work from home.

Cons

Poor tools and understaffed with only very few employees in Commercial Support and lack of opportunities. Never work here, you can be fried and can affect your wellbeing. No wonder some of the employees walked off the job especially due to lack of training and stress.
