Good environment - Mentor Summer Springboard Employee Review

I worked with Summer Springboard in the summer of 2022 at their New York campus and had the best time ever. I love working with them because the courses they offer students are fun and exciting and I loved getting to be a part of the different student excursions. I had an amazing summer Campus Director who helped with day to day program management activities. I would for sure work here again in the summer! All of my food & housing was paid for while I lived in New York City for a month!! Best college summer job I have ever had - if I wasn't graduating I would do it every single summer.

There is a lot of walking while being on campus with the students so I would definitely bring more comfortable walking shoes.

- Overworked - Extremely stingy team, I heard teams in other campus got bonuses to go to airports, food paid for everyday but on our team were not compensated for extra work, even if meals were missed were not compensated
