Pros
Great for people who are looking to settle and retire. Flexible benefits and very easygoing work-life balance. Nice people and generally very kind and respectful. Japanese culture is passed down by their expatriate employees.
Cons
The company hates promoting people. Culture is very top down and not for young people looking to grow. You’ll hear about inappropriate behaviors. Ironically, still a very conservative company and slow with change/trends. Very stingy with salaries.
