Suma soft is good for fresher.. company environment is good
Cons
No leves... Deductions is more than your salary .. Error cutting in some process is 60rs and in some process is goes to about too 500 rs ... if you take emergency leaves then the deduct 600rs per leaves deduction... if you feel sick on working time and you want to go to home in emergency then the deduct 60rs per houre .. all sunday working... leaves matter because of staff ...
