Pros

I have presented the facts below. It is for you to decide whether you want to join this company or not.

Cons

Before giving my opinion, I would like to share a few facts about working in Sulopa Solutions. 1. You will be made to work for 4-month review period without any salary (salary will be given after 5 months, so you'll have to work for free for almost half a year). A bond period of 1 year. That too for a salary of 7k. 2. The office environment is worse, full of work pressure, where you'll be forced to complete task as soon as possible. You must do everything by yourself without asking, the management doesn't care how you do it. All it needs is to complete projects fast. 3. The work timings are pathetic. If you're a boy you should work till 9-10 in the night. Even sometimes, girls are made to stay till 8:30. The management expects you to come by 10 in the morning, so that 11-12 hours in the office. 4. There is no leave policy. Even if you apply for a leave of a week, the management will not approve it. In case you’ve taken a sick leave, they will keep calling you to come to the office. 5. No Saturday off. There is 6-day working policy. A few words about the so-called CEO: 1. He is a non-technical person. He knows some basic marketing stuff and technical terms, still he thinks he knows all. But has absolutely no idea about project and time management. He will decide the project completion dates without understanding the complexity of the projects and put pressure on the employees to finish them fast. He won’t listen if you say that you need more time etc. 2. Doesn't care how many hours you stay in the office. 3. Put terrible pressure on employees. Scolds them frequently for no reason. "Do it fast" and "Get it done" are his most used terms. Doesn't help you in your career growth or productivity. 4. In my tenure, I have seen him fire many employees in the first 4 months (without salary). He will make them work for free and then fire within 4 months saying your performance is not up to mark. He will give you no notice, you'll be fired and relieved on the same day itself. So, that’s it.

Pros

No pros at all .

Cons

Oh god where should i start. If you value your mental peace, work-life balance, or even basic human dignity, STAY AWAY from Sulopa. This is hands down the worst company to work for. The management will sit on your head every second of the day, suffocating you with unnecessary pressure while offering zero support. Without even having any projects. Taking a leave? Forget it. Leaving on time? Impossible man. Want to eat lunch? Not happening. Even if you give your 100%, it’s never enough because their goal is not to help you grow—it’s to control every aspect of your life. They even want to know who are you dating, who are your friends, who are you talking to, where do you live. They will poke their nose in weekends too. They will call you just to know where are you and with who. You can not even go to salons on weekends. You are nothing but an entertainment puppet for the management. They don’t care about your progress, your well-being, or even your most basic needs. They will extract every ounce of energy from you and still find ways to make you feel like you’re not doing enough. The only skill you will develop here is tolerating endless nonsense. If you want to ruin your career, destroy your mental health, and be treated like a machine with no rights, then by all means, join Sulopa. Otherwise, RUN in the opposite direction.
