Managers care about employees, organized and well run

Tip pool requires everyone to work together, so can be frustrating when working with people who aren't team players

Pay can be good Family meals (most of the time) Servers, hosts, kitchen, and bartenders were phenomenal

- High turnover - Play favorites - Management would allow certain guests to be overserved - Reported the GM for putting hands on me, sent an email describing the incident and was told since it was the holidays the third party HR wouldn’t be present for a couple weeks. Higher ups told the GM about this “confidential” report too. HR never came bc they were never called, then it happened again weeks later and I quit.
