      Pros

      Laid back environment, fair pay for time, and nice team.

      Cons

      No structure or career path. Lack of work to earn bonus. Pretty chaotic at times. Only 1 or 2 other consultants on the team. Time off and pay is not much compared to other NS partners.

      Pros

      The team is always willing to help one another to get the task done, lots of knowledge being shared on a daily basis. I learn a lot from a development or business operations on a daily basis. Strong ability to drive company process improvements and the team is very open to new ideas/ways of doing things. Work with a wide variety of clients in different industries.

      Cons

      Lots of work to do and a growing team, company is always respectful of work life balance. Work is project based, timelines range from a couple weeks or over 6 months. Deadlines are driven based on project timelines that are very important to be met.
