Team is always practical, accommodating to changes in the workflow, and everyone is quite polite for the most part. Overall it's a nice place to work, with a good environment.

Work can be sporadic, often last-minute, and can sometimes be rushed. It doesn't impede work for the most part, but can result in stress that would've been avoided. Relatively frequent overtime for some positions. Created documentation isn't reviewed.
