it's good pay for the industry

-little to no work-life balance -rude employees/leaders -no professionalism because everyone they hire is fresh out of college and has never had a job before or knows what they're doing -they don't value their employees and don't care when half the staff at a school quits throughout the school year -they are invasive and never let you take one of your 3 PTO days off without asking personal questions of why you will be out, and asking for PROOF! (wedding invites, obituaries, doctor's notes; all things people i know have been asked for) -the hours are absurd and they do not pay overtime -never give off for holidays (besides federal ones) and will take from your PTO days when you request off for a religious holiday -every single person who works here is burnt out and hates their job to some extent
