Pros
Used to be a great place to work filled with a good balance of young, enthusiastic graduates and plenty of experienced consultants. The owner was involved and the management team were mostly capable. It had a growing base of happy clients who enjoyed working with the company.
Cons
Unfortunately, the owner's focus moved elsewhere. Many of the better employees left, the client base is in decline and morale is not good.
