Pros

-The pay is great for a first time job. -I get paid every week on a debit card or direct deposit. -3 of my good friends work there with me! =) -I get familiar with customers and their orders, so it makes my job easy. -Im always given good (or bad critisism) and encouraged to do better by my boss(es). -I work with people who have been there for almost a decade so I KNOW that I'm doing the job the way it was intended to be done. -FREE FOOOOOOD!!!!! (and raspberry cheese cake cookies=) -Flexible hours and days off for school activities. -Overtime!! at least 5 hours a week for me.

Cons

-Management doesnt MANAGE. But they're nice. -Friendly work place despite the occasional co-worker complaints about other co-workers even though they're right most of the time. -Inconsistent hours, and therefore inconsistent pay every week. (I made about $150 one week and $75 the next . )= -Store owners are scary and make me nervous when they pay an occasional and random visit. -Closing can take forever some nights even with two people. -Crab sandwich is gross. -Manager went crazy with the hiring process this summer. -Breakfast isnt very good and takes up space in the cold well.

Pros

Very flexible scheduling, especially if your manager is willing to work around all their employees. You usually get a 50% discount that you can use once a day too.

Cons

Direct district management at this location does not know how to manage people. He will not really do anything to help or assist until his supervisors look into his stores and what he does. He will shift blame onto any general manager he can, and if any district manager decides you are doing your job incorrectly or you need to adjust what you are doing, there will be little to no support in helping you become a better employee. It really can become a "popularity contest" when you work in store management. If you are a regular employee or shift lead, you won't really have any direct contact with district management.
