Not a welcoming company to work at if you are a Woman or person of color. Raising issues about inequity to HR results in them threatening you with a “performance improvement plan.” The “plan” consists of forcing employees to double productivity to meet unrealistic quotas due to management’s failure to do their part, but also as a means to overwhelm the employee by assigning unrealistic workloads so that they have a reason to fire the employee, or so that they can eventually quit due to exhaustion and overwhelm. The product they market and sell is a Social impact software, marketed to improve DEI/ Employee engagement yet they fail to have DEI support within the company. They actively choose to dismiss and diminish complaints about racism and discrimination- they fail to take accountability for underpaying and overworking those who are minorities and constantly fail to acknowledge their contributions to the team
